About the job:
Based in The Hague Netherlands or Brussels Belgium - you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATOs Digital Endeavour. You will join the Chief People Office (CPO). CPO provides a solution-oriented service ensuring strategic human capital insight is executed to enhance timely and effective decision making to achieve the overall Agencys goals and strategy. CPO establishes and administers policies guidance and the best practices across workforce management talent acquisition talent management and staff services.
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic HR Technology and Data Analyst a key role in our journey to mature our digital HR and data & analytics practices. You manage HR technology applications enable data-driven decision making and translate business needs into effective system/data/analytics solutions through strong collaboration with stakeholders.
Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Drive and execute the Digital HR and People Data & Analytics strategies to support strengthen our digital and data-driven decision making capabilities
Own and support the HR technology application portfolio including incident/changes management system testing releases user training and user support.
Translate business and user needs into system/process enhancements and analytics solutions driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Deliver HR reports dashboards and advanced analyses (using tools such as Power BI Oracle HCM OTBI and Excel).
Lead HR data governance initiatives including data quality data literacy data protection and master data management activities.
*This position could be located in Brussels Belgium OR the Hague Netherlands. You will have an opportunity to state your preference in your application.
**For Brussels location the basic salary is : EURO; 6138.02.
**For The Hague location the basic salary is; EURO; 6792.47

About you:
The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:
A minimum requirement of higher vocational training in a relevant discipline (normally leading to a professional qualification) with 4 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 6 years post-related experience;
A minimum of 4 years of directly relevant work experience working with HR data HR technology and HR analytics.
Hands-on proactive mindset with solid project management skills and the ability to structure ambiguity into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience with HR Systems (Oracle HCM Cloud) and reporting tools (hands-on Power BI and Excel skills are a must); Oracle HCM OTBI and advanced analytics (Python/R) are a plus.
Fluency in English both written and spoken
