Position Overview:

The Warehouse Logistics Specialist plays a key role in optimizing logistics operations by reducing costs improving delivery times ensuring efficient warehouse performance and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

This role supports Management in creating receiving and approving Purchase Orders (PO) for all monthly POs and for POs to support Operational readiness.
Responsible for the end to end proper and efficient administration of RMAs in the US to ship to Jenbacher.
This role fosters collaboration between various departments such as procurement transportation and customer service to streamline processes and achieve common objectives.
This role involves creating detailed reports scheduling tasks coordinating resources and overseeing the execution with our warehouses to ensure timely and efficient completion of daily operation
Ensure our KPIs (EHS Inbound Quality Cost OTD Productivity Inventory accuracy) are met with target
Manage controllership processes in the US warehouses and site inventories (like daily cycle count and yearly physical counts)
Manage Customer complaints in SFDC (SalesForce)
Contribute in logistic projects

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business administration or supply chain or logistics
Experience working in a procurement environment
Experience working in Oracle a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team
Structured working methods
Ability to deliver results on target
Customer oriented thinking understanding of how own team integrates to Service Supply Chain
Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office (strong concentration in Excel)
Strong Analytical skills
Willingness to travel (25% or less)
Must be based in Houston Texas area
