| Job Description: | The Academic Program Specialist IIImanages the M.S. in Artificial Intelligence in Biomedical and Health Sciences graduate program by providing student services academic advising and program coordination. Working independently under the direction of faculty and program leadership the specialist identifies implements and administers academic program policies procedures and activities that contribute to student success and program quality. This position contributes to the design and coordination of academic programs by managing and coordinating curriculum planning course scheduling and academic records management for the Gainesville and Jacksonville campuses. The Academic Program Specialist III leads the development of program policies and procedures consistent with university guidelines while providing accurate and timely information to students parents faculty and staff.
