Join the Northside Hospital Heart Institute (NHHI). Youll be part of a comprehensive team that includes more than 100 cardiologists vascular surgeons and cardiac surgeons across 55 locations in metro Atlanta and north Georgia delivering care at five hospital campuses.

Responsibilities
Provides oversight to assigned Nurse Practitioners. Performs history and physical examinations and carries out appropriate intervention/procedures as determined by the plan of care. Coordinates care of assigned patients according to Northside Hospital established Standards of Care.
The Lead APP will work 50% of the time with the HF Program Medical Director.
Lead will have 12 direct reports and will be adding 5-7 more APPs over 3-5 years.
Qualifications
1. Masters Degree in Nursing
2. One (1) year experience.
3. Please refer to the Medical Staff Guidelines for certifications and credentialing applicable to this position.
