IT Customer Support Specialist with French and English
Technical role
On-site work in Warsaw PLN 5400-6300 gross/month
The position is based on an hourly employment contract and includes an hourly rate of 343 PLN gross/hour*.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality customer support via phone and email in line with company standards;
- Handling customer and client cases related to formal administrative and complaint-related matters;
- Communicating with existing customers to resolve technical non-technical and logistics-related inquiries;
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure retention and an excellent customer experience;
- Identifying customer needs and promoting suitable products and services (cross-selling lead generation sales closing);
- Updating customer databases and accurately documenting interactions for future contacts and campaigns;
- Reporting recurring issues to the Team Manager and Mentor;
- Striving to achieve customer satisfaction and performance targets set by management.
This job is for you if:
- You are fluent in French (C1-C2) and English (C1);
- You have basic IT knowledge including operating systems (Windows macOS) and networking as well as troubleshooting skills;
- You demonstrate a high level of professionalism and strong customer orientation (empathy positive attitude clear and professional communication);
- You are motivated eager to learn and open to professional development. We provide full training to prepare you for working with customers.
