Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Express Level 2 Service Technician to join our team at Oak Ridge this role you will provide efficient and high-quality service to our customers performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles with a focus on Nissan models. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Work efficiently to meet express service scheduling without compromising quality.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and service advisors regarding vehicle issues and service recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety standards and company policies.
  • Stay current with manufacturer service bulletins and technical updates.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an automotive service technician preferably with Nissan or similar vehicles.
  • ASE certification or equivalent technical training is a plus.
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid drivers license and a reliable mode of transportation to Oak Ridge TN.
