Senior Claims Specialist - Multi-Line Adjuster
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claims Specialist - Multi-Line Adjuster to join a team. This role involves handling a variety of claims including General Liability Commercial Auto Property Damage Bodily Injury and Litigation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in claims management a proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $80000 - $95000 per year
- Work Schedule: 37.5-hour workweek
- Paid Time Off: 28 days of PTO to start
- Bonuses: Personal Performance Incentive Bonus (discretionary) and annual salary reviews
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package starting on the 1st of the month following your start date
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 100-125 claims including litigation cases.
- Handle a variety of claims including General Liability Commercial Auto Property Damage Liability Total Loss and Bodily Injury.
- Conduct thorough investigations evaluate coverage and determine claim settlements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims.
- Maintain compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience handling General Liability Commercial Auto Property Damage Liability Total Loss Bodily Injury and Litigation claims.
- Active Adjuster License is required.
- Strong knowledge of coverage and claims processes.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload with varying complexities.
- Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills.
- A team-oriented and adaptable mindset with a willingness to handle a variety of claims.
