Job Summary
Summary
This position is located at Fort Belvoir Virginia.
Incentives and Bonuses
- Incentives will not be paid.
- In a patron usage facility circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment facilities and machinery.
- Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment providing safety instruction demonstrating new equipment teaching classes etc.
- Plans conducts publicizes and arranges support for special events social activities tournaments and related functions.
- May provide work guidance to other staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Conditions of employment

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3 para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Must be able to work a varied schedule to include evenings and weekends.

- This job is open to candidates who live within a 50-mile commuting radius of Fort Belvoir Virginia. (Military Spouse Preference (MSP) and Involuntarily Separated Military Preference (ISMP) eligible candidates are included in the area of consideration.)
