Pay Rates: 23-40 per hour
Pulse Nursing is seeking compassionate and experienced Paediatric Nurses to join our team and work within a prestigious NHS Trust based in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated nurses who are passionate about delivering outstanding care to children and young people in a supportive clinical environment.
Pay rates range from 23 to 35 per hour on PAYE (Days 23 Nights/Saturdays 29 Sundays/Bank Holidays 35) and 27 to 40 per hour under Umbrella (Days 27 Nights/Saturdays 33 Sundays/Bank Holidays 40).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to infants children and young people.
- Assess plan implement and evaluate care in line with individual patient needs.
- Monitor patients conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
- Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with Trust policies.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including doctors therapists and support staff.
- Communicate effectively with children and their families offering reassurance education and emotional support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Adhere to all safeguarding health and safety and infection control policies.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin.
- Paediatric nursing qualification (RN Child).
- Previous experience working within a paediatric setting.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child-focused care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
