We are currently looking for a Sales Manager - Corporate/ Events/ MICE to join our team.
As a Sales Manager - Corporate/ Events/ MICE we rely on you to:
- The Sales Manager (Corporate) handles small corporate groups with catering requirements business FITs. Under the general guidance and supervision of the DOBD-Corporate / Director of Sales in coordination with the Director of Sales and Marketing implements all sales activities and maximizes business opportunities in his /her specific area of responsibility.
- The Convention Sales Manager is responsible for the conversion of groups with rooms under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Convention Sales in coordination with the Director of Sales and Marketing implements all sales activities and maximize business opportunity in his/ her specific area of responsibility.
- The Events Manager or Executive is responsible for the successful handling of catering events and groups involving more than 10 rooms. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Events Management Assistant Director of Events Management he/she maximizes business opportunities and ensures effective communication with clients as well as efficient co-ordination among internal departments.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for Sales Marketing
- Excellent presenter and communicator
- Is self-driven goal-oriented able to challenge the status quo
- Upholds professional values ethics and integrity at all times
- Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
- Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
- Preferably has a Bachelors degree or relevant experience in a similar role
- Understands the global market and local environment
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Has strong interpersonal skills
