Full Time Permanent role
(Shiftstypically 10am to 6pm daily but someflexibility will berequiredon occasions to meet the needs of the service)
Above Award Rates!$99000 - $103000per annum (dependent on experience) 12.75% superannuation
Are youpassionate about creating fun and educational experiences for theprimarystudents enrolled in our OSHCand vacationprograms Trinity Anglican School (TAS) is looking foranenthusiasticcaringandprofessional OSHC Coordinator to efficiently managetheoperationsofour White Rock OSHCServiceby implementing programs aligned with approved learning frameworks whilsteffectively managing educators and student supervision.
About the Roles
As the OSHC Coordinator you willworkunder the guidance of theManager ECEC andincollaboration withthe OSHC Educational Leader to deliver programs that are funengagingand educational across before school care after school care and vacation care. You will play a key role in ensuring the service meets all National Education and Care Services Laws and Regulations adheres to the ECA Code ofEthicsandmaintainsfull compliance with licensing requirements.
A core part of this role isleadingandsupportingthe OSHC team. You will coordinate rosters and foster a positivesupportiveand professional team culture through ongoing coachingmentoringand training. Your leadership will help ensure the delivery ofhighqualityprograms that reflect the needs and interests of children and families.
Your responsibilities will includemaintainingaccuratedaily attendance records managingenrolmentrelatedcommunication with families and government departments and overseeing CCS payments and submissions. You will also issue and follow up on outstanding accounts ensuring financial processes run smoothly and professionally.

Do you have the following
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or similar qualification) or working towards attainment
Experience in a similar role in aSchoolenvironment
Certificate CPR (HLTAID009) (or willing toattain)
Certificate - First Aid in an Education Setting (HLTAID012) (or willing toattain)
Youllthrive inthisrole Ifyouhave:
High level team leadership skills
A keen interest in the development and wellbeing of primary aged students
Knowledgeand understanding of the applicationof the Education and Care Services Laws and Regulations and National Quality Standard or ability tolearn
Knowledge of and ability to use a variety of software programs including Microsoft Office or ability to learn
Well-developed interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
Intermediate computer skills MS Word MsExceland MS Outlook
Attention to detailexcellenttimemanagementand organisational skills
Advanced communication skills in verbal and written English
A flair for developingcreative and interesting activities for students!
