40 hours per week worked over 4 days Monday to Sunday.

About the role - DFYNE Your Career:

First off its best I introduce myself (person behind the keyboard here) its not the norm on a job role spec but I feel its important you get introduced to who you may be working with for a long time early on. Im Simon the Warehouse Manager here at DFYNE Im looking for someone whos going to help me make sure were the best most efficient warehouse team in the world!

Im not going to lie to you its a no bull$hit environment and its bloody hard work every day! Were all up against the clock (orders go out by 4pm) and numbers of orders were picking and packing is going up every day. But if youre the kind of person that loves going home every day knowing that youve smashed KPIs and gone all out to make sure our lovely customers get their orders on time every time then youre gonna do well here! If youre negative always complaining and you dont want to do everything in the warehouse youre probably not going to last long.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking/Packing/Replenishment
• Inbound Stock
• Forklift operations
• Stock Control
• General warehouse housekeeping
• Returns

Experience Needed:

• Absolutely none. We dont hire only on experience.

Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Organisational skills.
• Ability & willingness to learn.
• Proficient with numbers for basic numerical Admin
• Able to work at pace with accuracy.
