DescriptionIt is the primary responsibility of the Midway Game operator to give great customer service while maintaining game operations.
HOURLY RATE:$14.00 USD PER HOUR
Responsibilities- Clean game area at end of shift and assist with trash duty
- Other job duties as may be assigned
- Stock merchandise when assigned
- Repair merchandise when assigned
- Direct problems to supervisor
- Help maintain a safe work environment
- Encourage customers to play midway games explain game objectives awards prizes and explain rules Encourage customers to play midway games explain game objectives awards prizes and explain rules

Qualifications- Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
- Previous experience working in a similar resort setting preferred.
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations policies and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
- Ability to effectively communicate in English in both oral and written forms
- High School Education or Equivalent
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Work is performed in an area which may be unusually hot crowded and noisy
- Mobility to include bending reaching prolonged standing and walking accessing and lifting items from floor level to six feet high
- Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values service standards and family style service.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence have excellent communication skills and observation skills and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off nights weekends holidays and overtime as needed.
