ROLEDESCRIPTION -

Requirements Gathering and Analysis
Conduct stakeholder meetings workshops and surveys to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
Analyze business processes ad identify area of use cases user stories and process flow diagrams
Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD) functional requirements specifications (FRS) and traceability matrix.
Develop user guides and training materials as required Collaboration
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team.
Facilitate solution design session and provide clarifications to ensure alignment with business
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with QA teams.
Provide post-implementation support to address any issues or challenges.
