Position Overview
The Temporary Travel Sourcing Specialist supports a Global Travel Sourcing team with hands-on execution to stabilize and remediate a multi-brand Ground Transportation program. This role is designed to address a high volume of expired expiring and informal agreements by supporting contract remediation and execution activities.
The Specialist will focus on day-to-day sourcing and contract execution support including Master Services Agreements (MSAs) one-off agreements Statements of Work (SOWs) amendments and extensions. The role also supports contract tracking and coordination with Legal Finance and Operations stakeholders to improve documentation accuracy compliance and visibility while reducing operational financial and audit risk.
This position provides structured execution and governance support to accelerate backlog reduction improve contract lifecycle management and support continuity of ground transportation services under the direction of Global Travel Sourcing leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support high-volume contract remediation and execution activities
- Assist with drafting reviewing and processing MSAs SOWs amendments and extensions
- Track contract status expirations and documentation using centralized tools and dashboards
- Coordinate with Legal Finance vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely execution
- Validate agreement accuracy and completeness prior to execution
- Maintain organized and compliant contract records aligned with company policy and governance standards
- Support reporting and visibility into contract execution progress
- Proactively follow up on open items to drive contracts to completion
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business or a related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing procurement contract negotiation or contract administration
- Experience supporting contract remediation and execution activities including Master Services Agreements (MSAs) Statements of Work (SOWs) amendments and extensions
- Experience in ground transportation logistics mobility services or travel-related operations strongly preferred
- Background working in large complex or multi-stakeholder organizations is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple contract execution and remediation items concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel for tracking documentation and reporting
- Experience with procurement sourcing governance or contract management systems preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- $37.00/hour paid weekly on Fridays.
