Job Description:
SharePoint Migration & Implementation
Plan execute and manage SharePoint migration projects from on-premises systems (e.g. SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 File Shares Google Drive) to SharePoint Online.
Perform pre-migration assessments content inventory and mapping to ensure a smooth transition.
Develop and execute migration strategies using tools like ShareGate and PowerShell scripting.
Automation & Workflow Optimization
Automate migration processes using Power Automate and PowerShell.
Build custom workflows permissions automation and metadata mapping for improved efficiency.
Governance & Security
Ensure compliance with security policies permissions and access controls.
Manage SharePoint Online governance retention policies and data loss prevention (DLP).
Troubleshooting & Support
Diagnose and resolve migration-related issues performance bottlenecks and compatibility challenges.
Provide post-migration support including user training documentation and knowledge transfer.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with business users IT teams and stakeholders to understand migration requirements.
Provide end-user training and adoption strategies for SharePoint features and best practices.
