The MMS Dayforce Implementation is a structured multi-phase initiative led by our client in partnership with EY to deploy the Dayforce suite of modules identified in Section 1.2. The project progresses through Mobilize Design Realize Test Deploy and Transition phases each with clear activities deliverables and shared responsibilities. EY and the client collaborate closely to define requirements configure and test the solution and ensure a smooth rollout and knowledge transfer.
