Job Summary

TBest Services Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented Kits Task Organizer to support our clients production and assembly operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Organize prepare and stage kits required for production and assembly teams
Ensure all materials components and parts are accurate and complete according to work orders
Follow schedules and prioritize tasks to support daily production goals
Track kit completion and report shortages or discrepancies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work closely with Production Materials and Warehouse teams to ensure timely workflow
Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in manufacturing warehouse or production support roles is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Compensation & Schedule

$21.00 $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
Monday Friday 6:00 AM 2:40 PM
Overtime may be available based on business needs
