Job Description:

The candidate will work in both clean laboratory and growth chamber settings with plants soil and plant pathogens.
Experience with sterile technique and culturing fungi is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include preparing testing supplies culturing inoculum planting plant care inoculation disease assessment and routine cleaning of labs and chambers.
Experience in plant care or plant pathology/nematology is a plus.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and reliability are essential and the role may involve working in dusty warm or strictly clean conditions.
The position typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
