The Facilities Buildings & Groundskeeper performs unskilled maintenance of equipment and the physical plant of the hospital complex. Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working outside in various temperature elements.

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Drivers License verifiable through the Motor Vehicle Administration
Greater than 1 year of general maintenance experience including experience with power and manual equipment for lawn maintenance and snow/ice removal.
Fundamental/introductory knowledge of buildings and grounds maintenance techniques procedures and materials.
Knowledge of safety rules procedures and practices including the proper use of safety equipment as defined by OSHA and industry standards.

Salary Range: Minimum 18.90/hour - Maximum 18.90/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
