What youll do
You will primarily support surveillance operations via FLIR Systems AB in Sweden including new sales (demo & trade shows) and service. Your work includes:
- Ensuring legal compliance with export regulations for controlled products
- Identifying export license requirements for international shipments
- Coordinating and organizing export authorization applications
- Reviewing sales orders and conducting due diligence
- Coordinating U.S. re-export license processes
- Maintaining records databases and tracking license applications

- Fluent in Swedish and English (written & oral)
- Eligibility to obtain necessary export control licenses
Preferred
- Knowledge of EU and U.S. export/import regulations
- Experience in trade compliance ideally within Aerospace & Defence
- Familiarity with Swedish ML and EU dual-use controls
- Experience applying for Swedish export licenses
- Experience with SAP-GTS
