What Were Looking For
The Data Engineer plays a key role in EROADs enterprise data transformation journey. You will focus on developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports while contributing to the build and maintenance of data models and pipelines using DBT Cloud and Snowflake.
You will work closely with engineers analysts and business stakeholders to deliver scalable highquality data solutions that strengthen selfservice analytics and evidencebased decisionmaking. This role is perfect for someone with solid Power BI expertise who wants to grow deeper into modern data engineering tools and practices.
About the Role
Job Responsibilities
Power BI Development
Design build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports based on business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
Optimize performance ensure data accuracy and support Power BI governance.
Handle workspace management access controls and usage monitoring.
Data Engineering & Platform Support
Develop and maintain DBT models and ELT pipelines.
Support data ingestion processes into Snowflake.
Contribute to data quality checks documentation and testing.
Participate in platform monitoring and troubleshooting activities.
Collaboration & Enablement
Apply best practices in data modelling and transformation.
Support and train business users on Power BI capabilities.
Help foster a strong selfservice analytics culture across the organisation.
Health & Safety

Job Qualifications
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Effective communication with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Detailoriented with a focus on data accuracy and usability.
Eagerness to learn and grow in modern data engineering practices.
Required Skills
Strong Power BI development experience including DAX and Power Query.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platform.
Familiarity with modern ELT patterns.
Experience with DBT Cloud or similar transformation tools.
Solid SQL and understanding of data modelling concepts.
Required Experience
3 years of Power BI development in a business setting.
Experience with enterprise systems (e.g. D365 or Salesforce).
Experience with cloudbased data platforms such as Snowflake Redshift or BigQuery.
Exposure to ELT processes and pipeline development.
Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or Azure Data Factory.
Understanding of data governance and selfservice BI principles.
Certifications in Snowflake DBT or Power BI.
