As a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (TEMP) (TITLE 32) GS-0346-9/11 you will:
MILITARY REQUIREMENTS:
Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement. This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing states National Guard. Applicants who are not currently a member of the National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership. General Experience:
Experience education or training involving judgment and/or analytical ability in the logistics field. Experience using computer and automation systems.
SECRET Security Clearance.
Organizational Requirement:
Applicant must possess a SECRET security clearance.
Applicant must be World Wide Qualified.
Applicant must have a minimum of a 5-skill level in 2G0 AFSC to apply.
Specialized Experience GS-09:
Have at least 1-year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS). *Must submit SF 50 to validate response*
OR
Must have experience which involved detailed knowledge of organizations and their functions in logistical support (i.e. supply maintenance quality assurance facilities). Experience planning and organizing work assignments.
Specialized Experience GS-11:
Have 1-year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS) *Must submit SF 50 to validate response*
OR
Must have experience which includes identifying activities involving logistical support operations. Experience integrating the actions of a variety of specialized support activities in order to develop a comprehensive logistics plan. Experience monitoring such functions as program planning resource and fiscal management training manpower management and/or automated data processing to meet the logistics plan. Experience identifying delays or problems and developing corrective actions.
OR Substitution of Education for Specialized Experience GS-9:
Masters or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D. if related The college degree education must be in one of -or- be a combination of the following required disciplines: Accounting business finance economics industrial management marketing quantitative methods or organizational management.*You must provide transcripts to support your Educational claims *
