SCHEDULER
Minimum Qualifications
• Engineering Degree in Mechanical
• Minimum of 8-12 years of experience Planning/Scheduling in the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency in English Language (Speak Read and Write).
• Proficiency in SAP and knowledge in scheduling software Primavera.
Minimum Work Experience
• 12 years' work experience in refinery or petrochemical Oil and Gas plant in the same position.
• Should posses strong supervisory background and practical experience in multi-craft
supervision.
• Should have a thorough knowledge of pressure vessels tanks. Columns Trays Furnaces
Exchangers and all type of Valves.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment
• Strong scheduling knowledge.
• Familiarity with CMMS Maintenance programs practices and procedures is essential.
• Be familiar with petrochemical plant safety hazards.
Job Requirements (but not limited to)
• Responsible for developing Work Packs that contain the relevant information and break the
work down into logical activities and assigning resources tools and equipment in order to
complete the work in a safe and efficient manner
• Responsible for coordinating the planning of all supporting services for a particular job and
carrying out a multi discipline site visit to the equipment during the planning to ensure all
discipline’s work is accounted for in the plan.
• Must have a fairly good knowledge & understanding of various process equipment
• Must be fully aware of different pipes gaskets and bolting materials (PEFS and piping class).
• Study the scope and work pack understand the sequence of activities review the scope area
leads to finalized the schedule
• Prepare detailed Schedule with Primavera.
• Scheduling “PM” and “CM” work order activities
• Preferably should be able to prepare a 14 (fourteen) and 90 (ninety) day look-ahead work
plan with different level detail for all the works of the CONTRACTOR.
