Where You Will Work:
By applyingtothe followingapplicationyou will be applying for all Mercy Adult Inpatient units listed below.
2 North/Mercy Horizons: 16-bed Med/Surg/Tele Observation unit combined with an 11-bed voluntary medical detox unit (benzo ETOH and opiates).
3 North: 31-bed Med/Surg/Tele unit with a renal focus
4 North: 29 bed Cardiac Med/Tele unit with Heart Failure focus
5 North: 26- bed Surgical/Tele unit specializing in general surgery ortho and urology
6 South: 34-bed Med/Surg/Tele unit specializing in all types ofmed/surgissues
7 North/South: 22- bed Ortho surgery unit combined with a 26-bed Med/Surg/tele and ortho overflow unit. Specializing in Hip replacements knee replacements Shoulder replacements and spine surgery.
ADTU (Admission/Discharge/Transfer Unit): 12 bays Med/Surg short length of stay
ExpectationsWereLooking For:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

As a skilled and compassionate RN you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliversafe therapeutic carein accordance withestablished standards policies and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice clinical decision making compassion andskillcommunication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
