Fury Motors is hiring a Service Advisor Trainee to join our growing Service team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong people skills and a customer-first mindset who wants to build a long-term career in the automotive world.
No prior service advisor experience needed we provide training and mentorship to help you succeed.
What Youll Do
As a Service Advisor Trainee youll learn how to guide customers through their vehicle service experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and capture vehicle information
Listen to customer concerns and service needs
Schedule service appointments and arrange loaner vehicles
Prepare clear and accurate service estimates
Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed
Review completed work and explain invoices
Deliver a friendly professional customer experience
What You Bring
Positive customer-focused attitude
Strong communication and phone skills
Comfort with computers and learning new systems
Motivation to build a long-term automotive career
Customer service or retail experience is a plus
