THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a SUPERVISORY SECURITY SPECIALIST T32 PDDand is part of the AZ 162nd Wing National Guard.
This position is located at the 162 wing in Tucson Arizona. The purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor providing planning directing organizing and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to a National level Special Access Program (SAP). This position may oversee contractors but only in rare instances oversee the COR. To develop goals and objectives that integrate special access program security requirements that support military civilian and contractors to include all assigned and/or attached units and that meet Air Force and Air National Guard (ANG) objectives.
Military Grades: SMSgt/E-8 to CMSgt/E-9
Compatible Military Assignments: Possess any AFSC
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Must possess at least 36 months of experience education or training in collecting and analyzing data effectively efficiently and accurately. Able to apply procedures and directives by reading and interpreting technical material. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively orally and in writing using presentation and report formats. Demonstrated ability to follow directions to read understand and retain a variety of instructions regulations and procedures. Learned ability to assess the surrounding environment to recognize immediate risk levels. Must have the education and validated understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the occupational series and grade for one of the seven organizational program disciplines and its applicable Security Series career. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading directing and assigning work of personnel.
