THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a POLICE OFFICER T32 PDDand is part of the AZ 162nd Wing National Guard.
This position is located in Tucson Arizona with the 162d WG. The primary purpose of this position is to conduct formal combat arms training and maintenance activities for the Security Forces Squadron and tenant personnel. Control and operate firing ranges; inspect repair and maintain ground weapons. To enforce law maintain law and order preserve the peace and protect life and civil rights within the jurisdiction of the military installation. To oversee the work activities of Drill Status Guardsmen (DSG) assigned to the Security Forces Combat Arms function.

Military Grades: SSgt/E-5 to MSgt/E-7
Compatible Military Assignments: 3P051
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess 1 year equivalent to at least next lower grade level of experience that provided knowledge of a body of basic laws and regulations law enforcement operations practices and techniques and involved responsibility for maintaining order and protecting life and property. Creditable specialized experience may have been gained in work on a police force; through service as a military police officer; in work providing visitor protection and law enforcement in parks forests or other natural resource or recreational environments; in performing criminal investigative duties; or in other work that provided the required knowledge and skills.
You must provide transcripts or other documentation to support your Educational claims. To receive credit for Education you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
