Job Description

What youll do

  • Develop and support analytics solutions using ThoughtSpot and enterprise data platforms.

  • Assist in leveraging AI-driven analytics capabilities including trend analysis anomaly detection and predictive insights.

  • Perform data exploration validation and quality checks using SQL and analytical tools.

  • Collaborate with Data Engineers BI Architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.

  • Support reporting insights generation and ad hoc analytical requests.

  • Contribute to ad hoc tasks in support of Enterprise Data initiatives.

  • Help drive operational excellence and employee experience by supporting BizTechs focus on innovation automation and data-driven decision-making.

What youll bring

Required

  • Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation productivity and continuous improvement.

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

  • Willingness and ability to learn new tools technologies and programming languages.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Interest in data analytics and AI-driven insights.

Preferred

  • Degree Preferred - Currently pursuing the third year of a Bachelors degree in Business Intelligence Data Science Analytics Computer Science or a related field.

  • Experience or coursework involving ThoughtSpot or similar analytics platforms.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $52000 - $78000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience skills education training and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health dental and vision insurance paid time off and a company sponsored retirement addition some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan commissions and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including but not limited to company and employee performance.
