Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI OpenText VIM Consultant to support implement and enhance financial accounting and invoice management solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business users technical teams and vendors to ensure smooth financial operations and automated invoice processing.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP FI modules including GL AP AR Asset Accounting and Bank Accounting
Implement and support OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions
Manage end-to-end invoice processing including OCR invoice capture validation approval and posting
Integrate VIM with SAP FI and MM modules
Handle incident management change requests and enhancements
Perform configuration testing (UT SIT UAT) and deployment support
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
Coordinate with technical teams for workflow ABAP and interface issues
Prepare functional specifications and user documentation
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities

Required Skills & Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in SAP FI
Hands-on experience with OpenText VIM
Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes
Experience in invoice automation and approval workflows
Understanding of SAP MM-FI integration
Knowledge of tax configuration vendor master data and payment runs
Exposure to S/4HANA Finance is a plus
Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills
