Trihydro a mid-sized engineering and environmental consulting firm with a nationwide footprint is seeking a talented engineer to join its Mining Services Group. If youre an engineer interested in joining a growing team and working on a range of projects we encourage you to apply.

As a member of our team you will be involved with reclamation design mine permitting and planning addressing compliance issues field construction observation surface and ground water monitoring and reporting regulatory interactions and meeting mining clients needs to support their operations. You will interact with existing clients and develop relationships with new clients. Through your work you will be integrated into a thriving team environment developing projects and client relationships and fostering employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop reclamation designs plans and specifications
Perform hydrologic evaluations
Write reports
Oversee field work
Act independently
Reviewing Submittals and Documentation
Coordination and Communication

Qualifications:

5 years of relevant experience
A bachelors degree in mining geological or civil engineering or related field
AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred
Mine permitting and consulting experience preferred
Strong technical reporting and writing experience
Environmental planning experience preferred
Professional engineer license (or working to achieve a license) preferred
Good employment or academic history with a commitment to safe work practices
Initiative and motivation with an emphasis on completing project deliverables on schedule
Reliable team-oriented work habits
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
