Job Summary
Summary
The purpose of this position is to mix and serve pre-mixed alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages from a full service bar at NSA Naples Support Site Italy.
Serves liquor soda beer and wine. Prepares alcoholic drinks by selecting proper premix and garnish.
Prepares garnishes for mixed drinks. Receives payment or charges to members account. Makes change and is accountable for cash fund. Assists in taking inventory and maintaining records. Keeps bar area clean and keeps area stocked properly at all times. Washes bar equipment glassware and utensils.
May perform other sanitation duties within assigned work area as required.

Conditions of employment
- Male candidates born after December 31 1959 and at least 18 years of age are required to certify that they have registered with the Selective Service System.
- Incumbents must satisfactorily complete all background checks including a fingerprint check a National Agency Check with Inquiries.
- Incumbents must pass pre-employment medical examination.
- Work schedule is flexible and will vary as required by the needs of the program.
- Must meet minimum age requirements.
Qualifications
Ability to read and comprehend the English languages ad write legibly.
Skill in preparing beverages according to name request from guests.
Ability to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and to resolve the promblem or seek assistance if needed.
Knowledge of cash hndling procedures
Education
This position does not have a positive education requirement.

Note: The NATO Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) between Italy and the United States prohibits the hiring of any person who holds Italian citizenship and is considered a Dual National by the Italian Government into any U.S. position.
