Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively and aggressively seek out new customers win new business and fully own the sales cycle
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Develop and sustain Broker / Partner relationships
  • Collaborate with SDRs Sales Engineers and Marketing to drive pipeline and close deals
  • Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Represent Netchex at industry events conferences and customer meetings


What we are looking for:

  • 3 years of B2B sales experience (payroll strongly preferred) with a strong track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience selling into SMB or Mid-Market accounts
  • Strong understanding of the tech sales landscape and sales methodologies
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g. Salesforce HighSpot etc.)
