Job Summary
Job Description
Primary Purpose of the Role
To perform electrical maintenance and fault-finding on machinery equipment and building electrical systems ensuring compliance with company quality standards and SANS 10142 regulations.
Key Performance Areas
Repair and maintain press and assembly machinery as well as building electrical systems to meet customer and company quality standards and SANS 10142 requirements.
Carry out preventative maintenance in accordance with the maintenance schedule job cards and relevant work instructions.
Accurately complete timesheets and compile maintenance feedback to ensure reliable repair and downtime data submitting reports to the Team Leader.
Ensure strict adherence to company procedures work instructions and quality management systems at all times.
Actively participate in departmental M2S initiatives in line with company requirements.
Ensure all work practices comply with company SHEQ policies procedures and work instructions.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience as an Electrician within an automotive manufacturing environment
NQF Level 4 qualification or Matric
Qualified Electrician or Millwright
