Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service requests job orders and work schedules
- Prepare and maintain service reports job cards and records
- Communicate with clients regarding service status schedules and updates
- Support service engineers/technicians with documentation and logistics
- Maintain service databases timesheets and attendance records
- Prepare quotations invoices and service-related documentation
- Track service completion and follow up on pending tasks
- Handle purchase requests material tracking and service-related records
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards
- Support audits and management reporting
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- 25 years experience in service administration or operations support
- Experience in engineering facilities or technical services preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)
