- (Internal Title: Senior Cost Lead)
- Responsible for change order governance contractor negotiations and contingency management ensuring cost integrity across General Contractor scopes and major trade packages for a GW data center campus.
- Lead change order review and validation ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance with Meta standards.
- Manage monthly Owner Change Orders in alignment with approved budgets and forecasts.
- Support GC negotiations collaboration terms and contractual cost discussions.
- Evaluate impacts to contingency utilization risk exposure and cost trends.
- Partner with construction and commercial teams to mitigate cost risks.
- Provide leadership insight into cost drivers and financial exposure.
- Lead a team of approximately six (6) cost managers responsible for projects within the data center campus.
- Critical for controlling cost growth and contingency drawdown on Mega Campus projects with complex GC and trade environments.
- Develop a plan for integrated project controls including scope cost schedule and progress of assigned projects based on industrys best practices and by incorporating clients requirements when required
- Facilitate the change management process and continuously forecast project schedule and cost impacts
- Establish the resources and organization (skills manpower list of tools and procedures applicable and communications) needed to achieve the control strategy to ensure the consistent implementation of the project control system for all projects
- Formulate the overall Project Breakdown Structure to meet all control requirements and ensure that cost control and scheduling systems are compatible
- Determine training materials needed to train project teams on the principles of schedule cost risk and earned value management and plan and procedures
- Draft a detailed monthly report by gathering progress details through the collection and verification of information. Coordinate a management review and issue the report by the agreed deadline each month including cost schedule earned value change control contract administration third-party recoveries contingency utilization and progress photos
- Complete any tasks assigned by the supervisor in an efficient and timely manner
- WORKING CONDITIONS
- Remote with some occasional travel to the U.S.

Requirements- Minimum of 7-10years of related experience on large capital projects
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying Construction Management Data Analytics or another cost / construction focused
- Must have experience in Quantity Surveying
- Registered for and seeking AACE CCP CEP PSP PRMP EVP or PMI equivalent
- Has completed equivalent training or successfully passed designatedproficiencytesting in lieu of the above
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus
- Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques methods and materials.
- Proficient in the use of advanced functions in CostX to produce estimates bills etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Project Outlook & PowerPoint) at an appropriate level
- Comprehensive knowledge of practices and procedures involved in project controls with proven experience in the construction process
- In-depth understanding of Business Administration concepts with emphasis on scheduling principles combined with a good knowledge of budget and cost control concepts
- Excellent competency in MRP systems including MAXIMO and EcoSys WorkDay is considered an asset
- Demonstrated experience with systems including extensive relational database design concepts and spreadsheets to correlate operational and financial data (Sr Level)
- In-depth experience in computer-based scheduling systems (Primavera P6 and MS Project)
- Solid understanding of core project control concepts (WBS RBS CBS CPM-based scheduling and Earned Value)
- Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership
- Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
- Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving technical information (written and verbal)
- Must foster positive relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
- Independently tailor technical information for different audiences through presentations reports and other means
- Expert ability to work collaboratively and independently in a structured disciplined technology-driven environment
