About the Client:
Our client is a distinguished leader in Thailands Real Estate and Luxury Property Development sector. With a growing portfolio of high-end projects in Bangkok and Southern Thailand (Samui & Phuket) they are known for their international management style and commitment to excellence. They are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support their expanding operations and diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across Bangkok Samui and Phuket. Partner with Hiring Managers to define talent needs source high-quality candidates and manage the interview process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

  • Payroll & Compensation Administration: Oversee monthly payroll processing with high precision. Collaborate with the Finance/Accounting team to manage salary calculations allowances OT and statutory deductions ensuring full compliance with Thai Labor Laws.

  • Expat Management (Work Permits & Visas): Act as the key focal point for foreign employees. Manage the end-to-end process for Work Permits and Visas ensuring timely renewals 90-day reporting and strict adherence to immigration regulations.

  • HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: Lead the onboarding and offboarding programs to foster a positive company culture. Maintain accurate employee records manage HRIS data and ensure all employment contracts are up to date.

  • HR Business Partnering: Provide HR advisory and support to employees across multiple locations. Assist in developing HR policies coordinating training sessions and enhancing employee relations within a multi-cultural environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

  • 25 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer.

  • Essential Experience: Solid background in Recruitment Payroll and Work Permit/Visa processing for expats.

  • Linguistic Ability: Excellent command of English (Written & Spoken); must be comfortable working directly with international management.

  • Legal Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Thai Labor Law and Social Security requirements.

  • Attributes: Energetic proactive and hands-on personality. Ability to work independently and manage tasks across different geographic locations with minimal supervision.

  • Industry Preference: Experience in Real Estate Property Hospitality or Construction is a significant advantage.
