This position is located in Denver Colorado.
The United States Attorneys Office for the District of Colorado is accepting applications for an Assistant UnitedStates Attorney (AUSA) to serve in the Criminal Divisions Cybercrime and National Security Section. This attorney will join a team of prosecutors who represent the United States in a wide variety of criminal matters involving cybercrime child exploitation computer intrusions dark net and digital currency-facilitated offenses as well as national security crimes including terrorism espionage and export control offenses. Applicants for this position should expect an active litigation practice that may include handling cases in all subject matters listed above. Successful applicants share attributes that include an excellent academic background and stellar litigation experience sound judgment a demonstrated devotion to fairness and justice under the law and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to a variety of audiences.

Required Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a J.D. Degree be an active member of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction) and have at least 3 year post-J.D. legal or other relevant experience.
United States citizenship is required.

Salary Information: Assistant United States Attorneys pay is administratively determined based in part on the number of years of professional attorney experience. The range of basic pay is $91491 to $197100 which includes 30.52% locality pay.
