Step into a leadership role where culinary excellence meets high-energy events. As a Senior Sous Chef you will support the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional food quality consistency and presentation while helping lead kitchen operations that exceed guest expectations. You will play a key role in maintaining standards developing culinary talent and ensuring safe efficient execution across all service areas.

Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional culinary training
  • Minimum of 35 years of progressive culinary leadership experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Experience with high-volume or event-driven culinary operations
  • Proficiency in inventory control ordering and cost management systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of all culinary operations and menu standards
  • Supervise and guide Sous Chefs and kitchen team members
  • Ensure compliance with food safety sanitation and safety standards
  • Assist with scheduling and labor planning to meet business demandsMonitor food quality consistency and presentation across all outlets
  • Support training and development of culinary team members
