Job Summary
- We are hiring immediately for a part time ASSISTANT AV EDITORposition.
- Location: Microsoft -th Avenue Northeast Redmond WA 98052. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary
Summary: Ensures that all audio visual requirements requested by clients are met and will be able to interface various types of audio visual communication and presentation technology. Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring timely responses to all inquiries for space or service needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble recorded raw material into a polished finished product suitable for broadcast streaming or internal use.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously adhering to established processes and procedures.
- Ability to think quickly and accurately to address project requirements.
- Make recommendations to editor customers and stakeholders utilizing initiative and sound judgment.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail creativity and efficiency particularly when working under tight deadlines.
- Act as a resource for team members.
- Collaborate closely with editor AV technician customers and leadership to ensure content quality and consistency.
- Utilize video and audio editing software to meet customers requirements.
- Handle issues as they arise through the proper administrative channels.
- Follow protocol during emergency situations.
- Work with all departments to ensure all aspects of each function are covered.
- Be well versed in Microsoft/Compass Group policies and procedures and provide excellent customer service while adhering to those policies.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment; performs job safely.
- Other duties as assigned by the Technical Services Manager Sr. Technology Manager Director of Operations and Eventions Management.
