Job Summary
Overview
We are seeking a Laundry Aide for our long term care facility.
Schedule: This position is scheduled to work 60 hours per 2-week pay period. Hours are 6:00am-2:00pm on Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday.

About our community
Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis offering services in assisted living independent living skilled nursing memory care transitional care and adult day services.
Responsibilities
- Gather linen from designated areas transport to laundry in covered cart
- Sort and weigh linen in specified area of laundry. Load linen into proper washer.
- Start washer; monitor water temperature to assure it remains between 160 degrees to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Load clean linen in dryer regulating drying time and temperature.
- Fold and place dry linen on clean linen cart.
- Distribute clean linen to each floors linen supply room.
Qualifications
- Have the ability to work independently and dependably to maintain the cleanliness of the common areas and resident living areas.
- Reading writing and speaking English is a requirement of the position.
