This position is assigned to Commander Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Fleet and Family Readiness Department (N9) Family Readiness Division (N91) Work and Family Life Branch (N911). Incumbent serves as the primary resource or as part of the team for the local installation Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC) Personal Financial Management (PFM) Program for Naval Base San Diego.
