An excellent opportunity for a QMS Engineer to join a well-established heavy manufacturing company at their large-scale production facility. Reporting to the Quality Manager you will play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving the site Quality Management System within a complex high-risk manufacturing environment.

The Role:

Maintain develop and continuously improve the site Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and applicable industry standards
Support and coordinate internal external and customer audits
Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and drive effective root cause investigations
Prepare review and control quality procedures work instructions and records
Support non-conformance management and quality investigations on the shop floor
Work closely with Production Engineering and Supply Chain to drive quality improvements
Support continuous improvement and standardisation initiatives across operations

The Person:

Degree in Engineering Quality Science or a related discipline
3 years experience in a QMS or Quality Engineering role within heavy manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality system requirements
Experience supporting internal and external audits
