About the Role
The Field Recruiter owns full-cycle high-volume recruiting for Renuitys field operations. This role partners closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to deliver qualified talent that directly supports business growth and performance.
What Youll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles from requisition intake through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to align on hiring needs and priorities
Source screen and qualify candidates using job boards social media referrals and outreach
Maintain active candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring demand
Coordinate interviews gather feedback and guide hiring decisions
Deliver a consistent timely and professional candidate experience
Maintain accurate candidate data and activity in the ATS
Support hiring events job fairs and outreach initiatives as needed
What Were Looking For
13 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferably in a high-volume environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced results-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby experience a plus)
Bachelors degree preferred
