The Department
Alfred Care Group is seeking a highly capable and experienced Executive Assistant to provide highlevel support to the Program Director and Director of Operations Home Acute and Community within our public health service.
This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organisational skills sound judgement and the ability to operate confidently within a complex clinical and operational environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Program Director and Director of Operations you will manage the daytoday operation of the HAC Executive Office providing proactive administrative coordination and strategic support. You will act as a trusted gatekeeper liaise closely with senior clinicians and stakeholders and ensure priorities are managed effectively in a fastpaced public hospital setting.
