Senior Claims Specialist - Multi-Line Adjuster
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claims Specialist - Multi-Line Adjuster to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse caseload including General Liability Commercial Auto Property Damage Bodily Injury and Litigation claims. The ideal candidate will possess strong coverage knowledge and a proactive adaptable approach to handling claims.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $80000 - $95000 per year
- Benefits:

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 100-125 claims including litigation cases.
- Handle claims related to General Liability Commercial Auto Property Damage Liability Total Loss and Bodily Injury.
- Conduct thorough investigations evaluate coverage and determine appropriate resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective claim settlements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for all claims.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience handling General Liability Commercial Auto Property Damage Liability Total Loss Bodily Injury and Litigation claims.
- Active Adjuster License is required.
- Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and claims processes.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
- Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills.
- A team-oriented and adaptable mindset.
