HowYoullHelp Us Connect the World

As aHuman ResourcesIntern you willbe responsible forcore HR operations across recruitment onboarding employee engagement and complianceas part ofthe North American HR will work closely withdifferent functionsof the business including Operations EH&S QualityEngineeringand role will be based inClaremont NC.

You Will Make an Impact By

• Supporting the development of and transition to electronic HR management systems.

• Identifygaps in HR processes and help develop standard work instructions.

• Work withthe HR& Leadership team to strengthen the succession planning and action process.

• Consult on employee relations issues.

• Policy AuditandEmployee Handbook creation

• Workforce Analysis: Analyze workplace demographics and turnover; present findings and recommendations to HR and Leadership

• Create HR KPI Dashboard of Key Metrics to enable data-driven decision making

• Work with leadership as a business partner tomaintaina strong collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

• Actively pursuing a bachelors (upcoming sophomores juniors & seniors) ormasters degree inhuman resourcesfrom an accredited university

• Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0

• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge

• Customer Service Oriented

• Mustpossessunrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
