Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Trainee Leader to join our Kansas City team. This role is designed for ambitious individuals who are eager to develop leadership skills gain hands-on business experience and grow into management-level positions.
As a Trainee Leader you will rotate through key operational and leadership functions learning how to manage teams support strategic initiatives and contribute to overall business growth.
