Java React Developer

Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a skilled Java React Developer to design develop and maintain high-quality enterprise applications. The role involves integrating Java backend services with dynamic React front-end interfaces to deliver engaging scalable and efficient digital solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to technical innovation collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure adherence to best practices in code quality and system security supporting the organizations strategic objectives and business growth initiatives.

Software Requirements

• Required:

  • Strong proficiency in Java programming with practical experience in Java EE or Java SE.

  • Proven experience with Java web frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.

  • Expertise in ReactJS for building interactive and responsive user interfaces.

  • Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL for data management.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies to facilitate iterative delivery.

  • Experience with version control systems especially Git for source code management.

  • Understanding of RESTful web services for API integration.

• Preferred:

  • Experience with front-end tools like Redux Webpack or Babel.

  • Knowledge of other JavaScript frameworks or libraries (e.g. Angular ).

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes).

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop test and maintain Java-based backend applications with Spring and Hibernate frameworks.

• Build and optimize React-based user interfaces for performance usability and responsiveness.

• Write clean scalable and maintainable code following industry standards.

• Collaborate with product managers UI/UX designers and cross-functional teams to define and deliver features.

• Conduct code reviews perform unit and integration testing and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Troubleshoot issues identify root causes and implement effective solutions promptly.

• Keep updated with the latest advancements in Java React and front-end/back-end technologies incorporating best practices.

• Document technical specifications and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Exposure to cloud deployment models and containerized environments is advantageous.

• Experience with version control systems like Git is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Java backend development and React front-end development.

• Relevant certifications (e.g. ReactJS certifications Oracle Java certifications) are a plus.
