Job Summary

In this position you will be responsible for managing complex projects including coordinating sub-teams and developing work packages within the CAR-T International Markets Department. You will also support various sub-projects to enable decentralized manufacturing as well as commercialization of our CAR-T.

Leading multi-functional project teams across departments globally from conceptual design to implementation you will:

Ensure and induce flow of information alignment and collaboration between sub-teams.
Facilitate effective communication between the steering committee and sub teams.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track progress and to ensure timely escalation where needed.
Coordinate training technology transfer activities and other operational work packages as defined by the project team.
Support the overall end-to-end journey of CAR-T by coordinating SMEs and interfacing with relevant internal stakeholders.

Qualifications :

You have a completed degree in Life Sciences Bioengineering Business Administration (MBA) or a comparable masterslevel qualification
You can look back on several years of professional experience in the life science pharmaceutical medical technology or strategic consulting sectors.
You have proven experience leading complex crossfunctional projects in a matrix environment.
You have a team-oriented mindset and the ability to guide diverse stakeholders toward common goals
You have strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage priorities and work independently accurately and reliably.
